Hi Michael!

Have you taken it to the range already, and what were the results?

The fact that the Garand is forbidden in .at is really the silliest gun law we have here (and we have a lot).

This is an 1878 Springfield, firing a full power .45-70 cartridge. All you .30 cal poodle shooters can go home. ;)

My daughter with her 1916 Smith & Wesson Second Model Hand Ejector. It was a WWI British contract (Enfield and Broad Arrow marked) piece in .455 Webley, later converted to .45 Long Colt.

My friend Snappy McFly made this for me from what looks like Texas Chert, river cane, turkey feathers, sinew and pine resin.

It took him about 30 minutes from stick, rock, feathers and lump of resin to finished product.
