No source for now - let's call it a rumor. It's from unofficial document. I'm trying to verify it.

This round should be prepared such that countries which do not agree can't avoid it.
It includes bans which were taken out of the current directive, and it also includes:
- ban on HAs with barrel shorter than 500mm
- ban on AK / AR, regardless of barrel length
- magazine capacity to 5 (long) and 10 (short) firearms
- ban on short firearms with barrel shorter than 100mm
- ban on reloading

Vollkommen plausible und logische nächste Schritte wenn man sich ansieht wie iansa und all die anderen Menschenfreunde in den diversen NGO's vom Oberphilantropen das vorantreiben.
Braucht jetzt keiner kommen das wäre Panikmache, Latrinengerüchte usw.
... Registriert wäre ja mal alles.

Betrachtet man die bisherige Vorgehensweise, klingt dieses Gerücht absolut plausibel.
Jedem, der noch ausreichend Murmeln im Oberstübchen beisammen hat, sollte von vornherein klar sein, dass der momentane Angriff auf uns und unsere Rechte nicht der letzte ist.

Wenn das wirklich so kommt...und das trau ich denen 100% zu...dann sollte auch dem letzten Traumtänzer klar sein das die EU ein Haufen von Faschisten ist...aber egal...wenn alles gut geht bin ich mit Ende des Jahrs aus Europa raus

At the end, it will depend on implementation in national laws.
But you are probably right, impact in Austria is limited.

One outcome for Austria could be that those who owned HAs before entry of directive to force will be able to own standard magazines.
Alternative outcome could be that those who owned HAs and register their magazines can keep them.
We will see.

Elsewhere, where HAs were not limited as in Austria, the impact will be bigger.
E.g. I will not be able to buy carbine I wanted (in Slovakia) because I will not buy it in next month (lack of resources) and afterwards it will be banned as it's under 60cm with folded stock.

Jetzt kommt der Kampf auf nationaler Gebiet...
In Österreich habe ich keine Ahnung.
In der Slowakei wird es hart sein Die gegenwärtige Verwaltung wird vermutlich die Richtlinie missbrauchen und versuchen, so viel von dieser Freiheit wie möglich wegzunehmen.

Telescopic stock? Hat den nicht fast jedes OA15 u.ä.?

Ja aber kaum ein OA15 wird durch den telescopic stock kürzer als 60cm - bitte alles lesen und zitieren
