Aug Z Trigger Tamer welches Modell

Servus,

Es gibt ja im Netz verschiedene Trigger Tamer Varianten für das Aug zu kaufen. Prinzipiell sind sie ähnlich aufgebaut, unterscheiden sich dann aber doch in ein paar kleinen Details. Zusätzlich gibts ja dann noch die Tunings vom Seidler zB. Weiß jemand obs da große Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Produkten gibt oder is das Tuningprinzip so einfach, dass es egal is welchen man nimmt?

Meiner ist aus Niro-Edelstahl,gekauft in Tirol.(USA Import)
Die Sicherungen im AUG bleiben alle erhalten.
Das Abzugsgewicht ist von 4,50 Kg auf 2,70Kg gesenkt worden.
Das Kratzen ist auch merklich reduziert worden.
Es ist und bleibt aber ein Mil.Abzug.

This manual provides information, instructions and drawings for replacement of the original Steyr AUG retaining bolt lock (RBL) with modified part “retaining bolt lock – softened” (RBLS).
Using this manual anyone can manufacture suitable part in order to improve performance of the original design. This manual does not require any additional knowledge, usage of special tools or mechanisms.

What are advantages of the RBLS?
RBLS changes fixation angle of the shoulder of the spring from 32 degrees (original RBL) to 90-92 degrees and thus lessens trigger pull.
Note:
Author ded68 has he’s own views on using RBLS in AUG, he is more uncomfortable with long travel distance of the trigger, moment of the hammer engagement etc. Spring modification and installation of the RBLS were proposed after trying few other different ideas (more information can be found on the forum link above).
For manufacturing 6 mm. textolite (plastic) was used. 5 mm plastic can also be used; a little gap is of no importance.
Materials and instruments:
- Calipers (accuracy 0.01- 0.001 mm)
- try-square, protractor
- needle, awl, mandrel
- drill, drill bits – 8 mm, 5 mm, 4 mm , 1.5 mm
- hacksaw, dremel
- file, needle files, sandpaper

Why in final variant of the RBLS fixation angle of the shoulder of the spring is 90 – 92 degrees, and not 100 and higher?
Installed spring without pressure is at 135-140 degrees. In “working” condition the angle is – 32 (32.146002) degrees. Angle of the shoulder and force F2 on the shoulder “b” should be sufficient for fixation of the swivel pin by RBL and RBLS and normal operation of the spring in general.
At angle 90-92 degrees difference in trigger pull is hardly recognizable and main resistance is provided by the friction force of the slide. (*not sure about the translation)

Colored rectangle shows “excess part” of the RBLS, while using one “corner clamp” (*not sure about the correct translation).
Important note:
The length of the “lower side” (A) of the imaginary triangle (see picture below) – equals or higher than the length of free movement of the pin (*not sure about the correct translation). But not less than 3.12 – 3.20 mm

How to use the scheme bellow?
Pay attention to the colors
- Green color marks the priority diameter, it should be drilled first
- Red color, this shape should be formed using milling cutter or rounded needle file, in accordance to the markings
Centers of the holes overlap and thus manual manufacture of the RBLS is preferred
Two “small” holes bellow show two variants of drilling
First – Rigid attachment of the piece and use of drilling-machine
Second – The centre of the second hole was deliberately moved to the left in order to use hand drill. Excess edge was removed with flat needle-file.
Drawing:
“Right” dimensions of the swivel = 7.95 mm and 4.95 mm. This part is made for military, and thus certain fluctuations of the accuracy can be allowed. Drill bits 8 mm and 5 mm can be used.
“Right” dimensions of the pin = 3.88 – 3.90 mm. Drill bit 4 mm can be used (read information above)
Hole for the spring = 1.40 – 1.42 mm. Drill bit 1.5 mm can be used

Marking can be done using calipers with accuracy 0.01- 0.001 mm. Author used Mitutoyo, but any finely tuned calipers can be used. For drawing of the lines try-square, ruler, needle, awl, etc. can be used. Control points and centers of the holes can be marked with mandrel or any other suitable instrument.

Da wird in sämtlichen Topics immer geschrieben da kommt was, da gibt`s was was besser ist alles andere, ... , nur leider hab auch ich noch nicht einen dazu weiterführenden Link gefunden.. der von Waffengebraucht antwortet mir leider nämlich auch nicht..
