When i forged damascus blades, only me and my 9lbs hand hammer...

I've done it with a 2 lb hammer. I'm sure someone has done it on a rock with their dick.
But a 70 lb pedal hammer makes it EASIER.
The three billets were put together with a 2 lb hammer, and forged to shape the same way.

Ford F150 Truck and Bambi (spring and leg). She helped with the forging and heat treating.
