hallo alle,

hoff ihr könnt mir helfen, wollte an meine ruger american rimfire eine optik an die 11mm schiene montieren. problem ist aber, dass die ringe nicht zu passen scheinen, bzw. die schiene am gewehr nicht korrekt gemacht wurde. ich habe verschiedene ringe probiert und alle sind so "schräg". wie schaut das bei euren rimfires aus? hat jemand das selbe problem bzw. ist das ein produktionsfehler von seiten rugers?

nimm mal die Klemmbacken ab und montier sie anders herum (also die Seite die jetzt nach oben zeigt zeigt dann nach unten) - die Klemmbacken haben meistens zwei unterschiedliche Schrägen, einmal für "11mm" und einmal für "3/8 Zoll" bzw. 45° und 60°

If you are planning to use the 3/8" dovetail mount, then be warned that all 3/8" dovetails or mounts are not the same. It seems there are low radius 3/8" dovetails and high radius 3/8" dovetails, in addition, there are also slight differences in width between these two style mounts. The combination of these differences made it hard to locally find 3/8" tip-off mounts that properly fit the American Rimfire™. After trying four different sets of rings, I finally found a set made by Millett which were part of their Angle-Loc series that seemed to work great on the Ruger high radius 3/8" dovetails.
