Werte Wiederladerexperten,

habe eine RCBS RangeMaste 750 Waage die bisher problemlos funktioniert hat. Heute wollte ich damit arbeiten und musste feststellen, dass sie nicht mehr richtig funktioniert.
Nach dem Einschalten geht die Waage sofort in den Calibrierungsmodus, lässt sich aber nicht kalibrieren. Beim Druck auf die CAL(iebrierungstaste) schaltet die Waage ab.

Wenn die Waage abgeschalten ist und die CAL Taste wird gedrückt startet diese ebenfalls im Calibrierungsmodus, aber leider gleiche Fehlfunktion wie vorher. Vermute, Problem mit den Folientasten.

Die Waage wurde sehr pfleglich behandelt und ist ca. 1,5 Jahr im Betrieb. Da gibt wahrscheinlich auch keine Garantieleistung mehr.

Irgendwelche Tipps?

Alternativ welche (elektronischen Waagen) verwendet bzw empfehlt Ihr?

Batterieproblem kann ausgeschlossen werden?

hatte meine RCBS auch, probier mal einen Fabriksreset:

Q. My Powder Pro or Partner Scale will not calibrate. It sticks on "Error1." Is it defective?

A. When "Err1" comes up on the display, a Factory Calibration is required. You must follow the calibration sequencing precisely as listed below. To do otherwise can result in incorrectly programming the scale which can cause damage to the scale and/or incorrect weights.

If you have the Powder Pro Powder Scale:

1. Remove the Scale Pan from the Platen

2. The scale must be turned off. (If the "On/Off" button does not work, unplug the scale and depress each of the four buttons five times. Plug the scale back in and proceed.

3. Press the "On/Off" button to turn the scale on. The display will read "test" for about 1 or 2 seconds.

4. While the word "test" is showing on the display, you must simultaneously press and hold for 5 seconds the "Gms/Grains", the "Zero" and the "On/Off" buttons. Do not press the "Cal" button. The display will now read "- -0-". Id the display reads "00.0", either you were not fast enough, or the buttons did not go down simultaneously. Turn the scale off and try again beginning with #3 above.

5. When you get the "- -0-" press the "Cal" button, the display will read "hold" and then"- -20-". Place the 20 weight on platen. Wait about 5 seconds to allow the scale to stabilize, then press "Cal", "hold" will appear and then "- -50-". Place the 50 weight on the platen. Wait for about 5 seconds to allow the scale to stabilize and press hold. The scale will ask for the "- -70-" weight. Place the small weight on top of the large one. Wait for about 5 seconds to allow the scale to stabilize. Press "Cal", the scale will read "hold" then "- -0-". Place the weights back in the storage wells and press "Cal". The display will now read "hold" followed by "00.0". To be absolutely safe, the scale should now be calibrated following the Calibration procedure found in the instruction booklet.

If you have the Partner Powder Scale:

1. Remove the Scale Pan from the Platen.

2. The scale must be turned off. (If the "On/Off" button does not work, disconnect the battery and depress each of the four buttons five times. Re-attach the battery and proceed.

3. Press the "On/Off" button to turn the scale on. The display will read "test" for about 1 or 2 seconds.

The display will now read "hold" followed by "00.0". To be absolutely safe, the scale should now be calibrated following the Calibration procedure found in the instruction booklet.

NOTE: The display may build "8's and 0's" after you release the three buttons in step 4. Press "cal" to get out of this. It will then give you an arbitrary number. Ignore this by pressing "cal" again. Then you will get the --0- reading. Continue with the calibration.

Waage wurde in Österreich gekauft, wie lange sollte es da Garantie geben?

normalerweise lt. verbraucherschutzgesetz 1 jahr garantie und ein weiteres jahr gewährleistung durch den händler.

Meistens gehen die Sch**ssdinger im 25. Monat nach dem Kauf kaputt... falls ich wieder einmal sowas brauche, werde ich dich als Lieferanten in Auswahl ziehen, weil mein Bixner weigert sich schon, mir welche zu verkaufen...

vorsicht: garrantie ist nicht gleich gewährleistung!

garantie kann nur der hersteller selbst geben (unter beliebigen vorraussetzungen),die gewährleistung sind 2 jahre gestzlich vorgeschrieben (wobei sich nach 6 monaten die beweislast umkehrt) und dafür hat der händler gradezustehen....ist eigentlich eine recht heikle geschichte...gibs mal in tante google ein,da hast genug lesestoff für ein paar stunden

Alles probiert und geprüft - kein Erfolg. Werds mal zum Händler bringen..

@30-06: bin auch schon draufgekommen, dass Garantie nicht gleich Gewährleistung ist. ganz schön komplex das Thema.

Bin schon gespannt aber skeptisch dass da was gscheites rauskommt...

ich verwende sowas da in der art http://www.wiederladewaagen.de/xtcommer ... ducts_id/9 und bin bis jetzt super gefahren damit,lade meine gewehrpatronen alle mit +/- 0,1gr toleranz.
für einen benchrester sicher nix,aber sonst könnt ich mich ned beschweren.
mir sind die mechanischen waagen zu fummelig in der bedienung.

Meinst das ernst? Arbeitest Du mechanisch? Was ist der Vorteil ausser kein Batteriebedarf und wird net kaputt...??
Mir ist schon klar Digital täuscht oft besserer Genauigkeit vor.
Von der Genauigkeit reichen sicher die meisten Waagen aus. Mir geht es auch um den Bedienungskomfort und Flexibilität - wiegen von Pulver, Hülsen etc

hornady gs-1500



zweng der schnelleren ablesbarkeit. und für KW reichts allemal. tät ich benchresten, würd ich mir natürlich etwas präziseres überlegen. sowas mit eingebauten pulverfüller und zuwiege-möglichkeit.

Die Hornady hab ich auch....
Hat in Kombination mit meinem "ungenauen" LEE Auto-Disk Pulverfüller zu 99% keine Abweichungen.
Das heißt wenn laut LEE Tabelle mit der entsprechenden Scheibe 4 grn rauskommen sollen, zeigt die Waage auch 4 grn an.

Ja, im Ernst.

Wirklich genau anzeigende gute Waagen sind für den Wiederlader kaum erschwinglich und das ganze Elektronikzeugs gaukelt auch nur Genauigkeit vor.

Damit wir uns richtig verstehen - ich verwende auch automatische Pulverfüllsysteme, mache mir aber nicht die Illusion, sie würden genauer verwiegen mit der RCBS 10-10 möglich ist.

Beim Benchrest arbeiten wir übrigens praktisch alle nur mit Pulverfüllgeräten, aber halt hochwertiges Geräte wie Harrell, Neill Jones etc.
