The Smith 2nd Model started fine, then jammed as the poor re-nickel peeled. Once I cleared a couple of flakes, it functioned flawlessly again. Adequate accuracy--15cm at 5 m offhand. For a pocket pistol completely exempt from US and IN firearm laws, it's not bad, especially at the price. A bit less powerful than my .380, but easily fits in a pocket. Ammo is $20/50 and in production.
The Stevens 219 shoots well enough. I'll need to tune the sights. I'll also need to mic it to find what's different between it and the 94, 94B and 220. The barrels should interchange but don't quite.
My Arisaka T99 has a rough bolt I'll need to clean up, and will probably be more accurate once I replace the missing handguard. Ammo's a pain to find, in 7.7mm Japanese.
I haven't fired the T38 Arisaka in 6.5 Japanese because I can't find ammo locally and the price is $$$. $35 for 20.
I've almost finished a newer, broader fore end for the Stevens 325, and will get some brass cased black powder loads for the old barrels, before I fit new barrels.
I'm picking up the 8 Mosin Nagants in mid July.
I've got a Garand being inspected. Central American re-import and the muzzle is .320ish, BUT, the rifling is in good shape, so there's a slim chance it was rebarreled in 8mm. That would be unusual and sweet.
I'm on the lookout for a Taurus .22 for my daughter, and a small double shotgun for my son.
I'm ready to test fire my 71/84 Mauser as soon as I get some ammo loaded. $65 for 20.
I'll be ordering a custom upper for my AR carbine in a week.
August, I have budgeted for a Stevens 12 gauge pump takedown, cut to 48cm barrel. It'll {unfreundliche Bezeichnung für Personengruppen denen schäbiges Verhalten unterstellt wird} in my gym bag for travel.
I still need a GLOCK.
